What is a School Council?

The School Council is an ideal opportunity for pupils to get more involved in the way a school is run and to be involved in making decisions.

Brudenell School Council is made up of a group of children (two from each class)who meet regularly to discuss issues that may effect them in school.

Involvement so far this school year

So far this year, school council members have been involved in the following initiatives:             

  • Organising ODD Sock Day for Anti-Bullying
  • Organising parcels of food for The Salvation Army at Christmas
  • Carrying out the Pupil Wellbeing Survey and analysing the results
