Prices per session

In the afternoon we provide a light snack, for example, fruit followed by pasta/noodles/beans on toast. The cost of the food is included in the session price, for those who stay after 4:15pm. We offer a variety of different foods and try to ensure our light snacks are nutritionally balanced. Water and fruit is also offered.

We may offer themed food on occasions, for example for Chinese New Year.

Please let us know if your child has special dietary requirements due to allergies or intolerances.

Bookings and Payments
Bookings and payments must be made in advance through the school office. Places can be booked as far in advance as you wish, and up until 12 noon on the day (subject to availability). You can also book through the school app at least 24 hours before the required day.

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact the school office on 0113 278 5168.

Late Collection Charges
If your child is collected late, the higher rate will be charged. If they are collected after the final session ends at 6:00pm, an additional charge of £5 per child for every 15 minutes will apply. This fee covers the cost of staff supervision beyond scheduled hours.

It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to collect their child and sign them out of the club.

Children must be collected in person by someone named on the consent form. We will not allow any child to leave unaccompanied. If someone else needs to collect your child, you must inform a member of the club staff either by telephone or in person before the end of the session. Anyone collecting a child must be over the age of 18, or at least 16 if they have written authorisation from the parent.
